Something a little personal

I usually do not write anything about my personal life as I pretty much think that it should be kept a little seperate from my business but in this case I will make an exception because something like this doesnt happen every day. I was so happy for my husband who purchased quite a few tickets in the Rotary Christmas Comp to will a Tinny worth $8000.00. He received a phone call last week to say that he had won.. OMG, I have never seen a man so excited, so we picked it up today and he is over the moon. Just wanted to share a little good fortune that we had.. Whats the saying " You gotta be in it to win the Tinny!!!" or something like that..

My first online entry to the Canon Creative Awards and I received 2 Bronze awards.. Not bad for my first try. I have a couple more that have not yet received a score so I am waiting with baited breath..

CAT bewtiful

Meet Cat, wow what a shoot. Fellow friend/photographer Kate Green and I, did this amazing session with Cat. I like to call it modern glamour.. something a bit funky, something a bit different.. You are only young once so why not capture the beautiful you while you still got it.. Cat was so easy to work with and as you can see, the results are pretty spectacular.. ENJOY...For anyone interested, the session is $149.00 and this includes a free 11x14 enlargement....

Clint and Danielle..Bribie Island

On the eve of Danielle and Clints wedding the weather was not looking good. Huge winds and heavy rain fell upon Bribie Island. Morning arrive and so did the amazing weather.We had an awesome shoot and once again, my beautiful bride was so easy going and just knew how to work the camera. I received a beautiful text from Danielle tonight and thought I would share it.

"Everyone has been dropping their jaws and loosing their breath when I show them the ones from Facebook. I seriously can't explain how estatically happy I am with everything you did for us. And no contact until that morning, its all so unbelievably exciting." Danielle

I was lucky enough to shoot Victoria and Alex's wedding on Saturday @ Woodlands of Marburg. It's not very often a bride will take the time to email me 2 days after their wedding to thank me. It's clients like Vic and Alex that makes me love what I do...
